Please, call me Jackie. I am an Illustration student at Sheridan College (first year) and have been longing for the chance to hold a seat in this program since the age of eight. Following in mother's footsteps. At the present time, I am puzzled by the thought of life after school and have no plans for the future besides living somewhere that isn't a basement. I have four years to decide, I suppose.

I like pencil on paper, followed by black fineliner pens as well as the occasional splash of color, whether it be created by colored pencil or paint. I like to say and use gouache. I will be asking for Prismacolor greyscale markers for Christmas this year. I enjoy drawing people but I'm terribly intimidated by gestural drawing. I am a perfectionist which is why I rarely complete anything unless I am given a concrete deadline.
